Public works permits discussed by zoning commission meeting
The Frederick County zoning board met Tuesday at the Court House to stress that building permits must be secured before any digging or foundation work begins. County Planner Arthur B. Rast on presented progress reports and noted about 33 percent of permits have required further steps, with no delegations at the meeting.
