NEW YORK AP Four years after being named a top polluter GM earns an ethics award for environmental work from Business Ethics magazine. The award cites GM's 40 percent emissions cut since 1988 and 12 percent drop in energy use per vehicle since 1987 while joining international environmental principles in 1994. BankAmerica and Reebok also honored.
