Pomona annual one act play and talent contest set for November 26 at 7:30 p.m. at End Elementary School Frederick. Grange to observe Thanksgiving next Thursday at 8 p.m. public invited. Linganore Grange hosted Friendship Night with Jefferson Grangers as guests. New Market members Franklin Barker and John Haskeer earned the fourth degree. Mrs Henry Keller led the program with singing, an instrumental quartet Patty Lakin Rudell A Halt Theodore Zimmerman and Michael Boyer, Sara Jane Biser recitation, and Doris a vocal solo.
