Erie Telephone Suit Reopens After Four Months
In Lowrin Massachusetts on November 27 the Erie Telephone and Telegraph Company suits against three officers resumed in the courthouse. Charles J. Glidding, formerly treasurer, testified as Gen Butler led direct examination. Evidence on the transfer of the Southwestern company to the Southwestern company shows directors accepted resignations and appointed successors, a transfer Butler calls illegal for lack of seal or witness.
