Runaway girl returns to Maryland Industrial School for Girls

No Evidence of Foul Play in Hood College Bicycle Accident
Noelton Fogle a 22 year old Hood College night watchman suffered a skull fracture and other injuries after a bicycle accident on campus. Authorities found no foul play, attributing the incident to a fast downhill turn at the circular Pergola, with Fogle entering too rapidly and striking a post before being taken to Shriner Hall and then the hospital.
