Compromise Move Failing as McCarthy Censure Effort Stalls

Washington November 14 reports show efforts in the Senate to craft a censure resolution against Senator McCarthy narrowing to collapse as he refuses to retract attacks. Watkins plans to address the six member inquiry while McCarthy plans to question him, amid unresolved disputes over wording and potential changes to charges.
