Needlework Exhibit At Rose Hill Manor Showcases Historic Craft
The Rose Hill Manor Children's Museum hosts a Needlework Exhibit featuring over 250 pieces from nearly 100 entrants. Exhibits span crewel to cross stitch and embroidery with 200 year old Chinese wedding skirts and Boxer Rebellion era pieces in display only. Judges praise the high quality, and proceeds support the Frederick County Landmarks Foundation. The show runs today through Sunday from 9:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. with a $1 admission.
