May Settle Invasion Row In Coming Month
New York November reports say the Pacific Coast League and the Dodgers Giants may settle the invasion of National League clubs into Los Angeles and San Francisco next month. PCL President Leslie O'Connor said a meeting failed to fix indemnity terms but paved the way for a settlement at the December winter meetings in Colorado Springs. He noted two proposals are under consideration including possible league realignment or a cross league union, but stressed no details would be released to avoid stirring up other cities.
