Harold Freeman, seven to twelve years old, was discovered unclothed and burrowed in a pile of straw in a small, unheated building on his parents farm near Bath. County officials warmed and fed him, then arrested his parents Mr and Mrs James Freeman. Mrs Freeman said she locked him in the building three months ago because he annoyed her.
