Legion post honors American veterans
A large American flag draped Memorial Park in snow as veterans and county officials gathered to honor those who served. The ceremony moved indoors due to weather, wreaths were laid, and Francis Scott Key Post No. 11 fired salutes for veterans. Local figures read Preambles and veterans spoke of duty, with Benjamin Franklin impersonator William Eyler reflecting on the Constitution’s anniversary.
