The Mount Washington Hotel in Bretton Woods NH, a 225 room historic landmark, has been restored by seven North Country families. Open May to Oct with plans for year round stays, it draws visitors with no in room TV, formal dinners, live music, and access to golf and tennis. Prices range from 185 to 700 dollars and the Cog Railway serves the peak nearby.
