Lions Club hears Frederick magician on stage and tricks
H. David Hagan told Lions Club of Frederick that magic defies logic and physics and is harder to fool children than adults. He traced magic history, noted black magic and sleight of hand, and cited famous figures, books, and a 30 cent to 10 thousand dollar prop range. City Engineer Whiteford introduced the speaker, who has a music past and a book titled Christmas Magic.
