City Ordinance On Playing For Prizes
A Frederick discussion questions if social card parties offering prizes violate law. The view favors liberal reading so social card games are generally allowed unless they resemble a lottery or illegal contract with money at stake. Also noted is the Mennonite Mission Board incorporation in Mangansville to support Sunday schools and church building.
