Washington November 9 AP An associate of Darry F Sinclair Sheldon Clark refused to testify before the grand jury investigating the Fall Sinclair conspiracy. Clark vice president of the Sinclair Keelfring Company testified briefly and was excused until tomorrow to face similar questions as Henry Mason Day, another Sinclair oil official, who declined to answer. Officials say Clark acted for Day in receiving reports from the Barts’ detective who shadowed the Fall Sinclair jury.
