Diversion Of Gas Tax Funds Protested At Maryland Grange Meet
Frederick County Pomona Grange urged a constitutional amendment to bar diversion of gasoline tax funds from road and state administrative costs and backed the Sherbow report on county share distribution. It also called for more agricultural exhibits and eased calf vaccination rules for 4 H show entries. The Saturday session at Lewistown Hall elected new officers for two years.
