Officials discuss road improvements in Frederick County

State Transportation Secretary David Winstead highlighted six year road upgrades in Frederick County during a Winchester Hall meeting. Maryland Department of Transportation parcels a consolidated transportation program totaling over 2.1 million dollars for safety and resurfacing on Md 17 Md 270 and Md 355 with I 70 interchange work at US 15 and US 340 a key ongoing project slated to finish next fall per Parker Williams.

Frederick Mayor Grimes outlines city issues during 90 minute tour

Holly Garber dies at 46 songwriter and musician
