Bike Watch Frederick County Poster Winners Named

About 150 Frederick County fourth and fifth graders entered posters for Bicycle Month. Winners and honorable mentions posted at the Promotions Center near Penney’s, Frederick Towne Mall. First prize went to Andy Seaman, Green Valley School, $10. second, Mark Eaton, North Frederick School, $5. third, Kathy Hames, Thurmont Elementary, $2.50.
