FatherTestimony Says Buzbee Father Upset Over Gas Charges
In Rockville Maryland on trial for rape, Timothy Buzbee 25 of Frederick faces charges linked to a Silver Spring attack on March 9 1982. His secretary Sandra Weikel testified that his father William Buzbee complained about gas charges on the company Exxon card and warned him to stop the misuse. The defense questioned her reliability as the FBI analyzed receipts signatures. The case also involves license tag numbers and alleged Exxon fraud tied to a stolen card found at Almar & Associates in Gaithersburg. Buzbee faces sentencing for a prior kidnapping rape on June 9 and remains jailed in Rockville.
