Appeals Board weighs marble quarry and site changes in Frederick County
The Frederick County Appeals Board reviewed several zoning cases this week in Winchester Hall. Lee Delauter’s plan to add 1,800 square feet to his store and garage was approved with six extra off street parking spaces. Other requests, including a 200-acre marble quarry and a 30,000 gallon propane tank, were postponed until June pending plats, site plans, and detailed maps.
