License hearing ends with no decision in Emmitsburg case
After five hours of testimony in the Circuit Court, License Commissioner G Cleveland Trout took the Rosen steel and Louis Cooper liquor license application under advisement. The petition by 251 Emmitsburg residents sparked dual interpretations as supporters urged the need for another Class A license while opponents argued it would bar a veteran from entering business.
