ARBA Adds $50,000 for Bicentennial Classroom Kits
ARBA administrator John W. Warner announced an additional 50000 in non appropriated funds to fill high demand for Bicentennial classroom kits. The program run with USPS and the National Association of Elementary School Principals has reached over 45000 schools and 650000 kits since November 1975. Billie Vincent Willis received a bachelor of arts in Spanish from Tulane University at the commencement.
