Bricklayer Held For $225 Theft
Philip C. Tracey a 30 year old bricklayer was arrested by city police on larceny charges stemming from the theft of about $225 from Ray Ramsburg operator of the Fredrick Livestock Sales early Friday. Bond set at 2500. Authorities say Tracey admitted involvement after consultation with State's Attorney Edwin F Nikirk. Ramsburg reported bags with about $225 in cash and around $46 in checks stolen from his truck after a night disturbance at the East South trees extended sale location. Police linked Tracey to the crime after he was seen at a furniture sale the same evening. Investigators note possible arson on the money bags and checks. Lieutenant Dorsey led the case, concluding with Friday night information.'

The storm caused crop damage estimated over 50 000 dollars and clogged roads with ice four teen miles away. Residents spent hours digging out from the snowlike accumulations. Fatally Beaten at Air Force Base in Maryland
May 2014 at Relig Air Force base a young Post Office Department employee and part time taxi driver Gordon C. Brown Jr., 24, of Carmody Hills Maryland, was found fatally beaten near his borrowed cab. He died two hours later at the post hospital from head injuries. Sentry Sgt Neil B Wegner found the scene after seeing an empty cab and hearing a faint moan. Brown had worked two years as a typewriter mechanic and drove to help fund his new home for his wife and 4 year old son. He spoke only the name of his wife before losing consciousness. Police sought a motive as the cab swerved and left the road near two barracks. None of the barracks occupants reported seeing anything.
