Taney Homes rental scale revised for low income
Frederick Housing Authority officials said the Taney Homes project will revise tenant income rules for its 68 apartments as rising earnings among low income groups push current maximum wage limits. Some qualifying applicants, such as a widow with three children, may now exceed the old cap. Occupancy could begin by July 1 as work continues on the eight low rent units.
