James Ruswell a 16 year old pled guilty to manslaughter after stabbing 15 year old Jesse Quien in Porrnaxp Oregon. Tried at Roseburg he received seven years imprisonment. He showed no emotion and is described as the state’s youngest criminal in the penitentiary.
