Inaccurate police report ends Jamaican drug trial

Frederick County Circuit Court judge ends the trial of Monegede M. Martin after an allegedly flawed Frederick City Police report. Martin, 28, faced charges tied to $2,200 worth of crack cocaine and accepted an Alford plea to possession. He was sentenced to time served about six months. The trial ended on the second day as jurors were dismissed after defense objections over the police report and an alleged statement by Martin that was not in the report.
