Germantown theater complex clears hurdle
The Montgomery County hearing examiner approved Milestone Industrial LLC plan for a 24 screen theater and mixed use development at Germantown Town Center, though with conditions to amend setbacks and binding site plan elements. The ruling follows planning board approval for a related Bellemead plan for a 16- to 18-screen theater, hotel, restaurants, shops, and transit center on the same site.
