Troopers Back From Mexico Pursue Border Bandits
American forces returning from the Glenn Springs and Boquillas raids resume patrols along the Texas border. Colonel Sibley and Major Langhorne lead about 300 troops from the Second Expeditionary Column aided by motor transport. Snipers fire on a patrol near Deemer's ford but cause no injuries. A new Carranza note on border tensions is expected in Washington, possibly connected to the Glenn Springs raid.
