Incomplete April Aircraft Production Forecast by Nelson
The text notes that types of military aircraft did not reach the 7 000 mark in April though WPB chair Donald M Nelson forecast similar totals for May. It states only about 20 percent of the year’s production schedule was met by the first quarter of 1945, implying substantial boosts needed to hit remaining targets. The House wren’s diet is mentioned, noting it feeds on insects.
