Miss Julia May Young of 122 South Market died at Frederick City Hospital at 11 30 AM after a week of illness. A 72 year old daughter of William Nash and Mary Ann Young, she taught at the Maryland State School for the Deaf for forty five years. She was a member of Trinity Methodist Episcopal Church South. Survived by brothers Marry N. Young of Baltimore and John A. J. Young of Frederick. Funeral Monday at 11 AM from 214 North Market with Mt Olivet cemetery interment. M R Etchison and Son in charge.

Drunken Driving Cases Postponed In County Court
Three drunken driving cases were postponed and a county charge of cursing heard in Peoples Court before Justice Walter E. Sinn today. Witnesses including two hitchhiking girls were ordered to return for further testimony. A separate two-car collision case from April 11 was continued to June 5, with witnesses to reconvene. Clarence Smith was warned after Renner accused him in a fence line dispute with Mrs. Cleopatra Beard, the case dismissed with a warning to stay apart.
