What It Takes to Be a Real Estate Agent
Real estate veteran Rocky Mackintosh and sales trainer Rick Willis shared guidelines at a Frederick Career Night Seminar. They stressed dedication, heavy prospecting, ego drive, resilience after defeats, genuine interest in clients, and listening. They advised future agents to fit homes to families, pursue licensing via the Frederick County Board of Realtors, and expect long hours.
