Arts Council restructures to coordinate Frederick County arts
The Frederick County Arts Council completes a survey and community analysis to redefine goals and structure. Beginning in 1982 the council shifts to a restructured organization with a artist registry monthly events calendar newsletter and workshops to aid fund raising grants and organizational planning.
