Mayor presents 5.8 million budget for 1978

Mayor Ronald N. Young unveiled a 5,828,699 dollar city budget for fiscal 1978 with no tax hike as long as current revenue bills stay in effect. The plan includes 422,000 in revenue sharing for public safety and city services, 170,000 for Western sector projects, and a 5.8 percent cost of living raise for full time staff.

Delphey Declines Frederick Mayoral Run

Consumer prices rise 0.8 percent in April
