One Killed One Injured On Wet Roads
A Boonsboro man was killed and a Taneytown man badly hurt in a 3:25 p.m. crash east of Hagerstown. Milo L. Blickenstaff, 60, of Boonsboro, died at Washington County Hospital. Luther T. Luckenbaugh, 68, of Taneytown, was in fair condition the next morning. Luckenbaugh pulled into the path of Blickenstaff on Cool Hollow Road at U.S. 40. Both cars were totaled. The driver faces a failure to grant right of way charge.
