Epworth League Rally Set for May 22 in Frederick
An Epworth League Institute Rally will be held at Calvary Methodist Episcopal Church on Thursday May 22 at eight o clock p m with representation from all East Frederick District chapters. The event promotes the Tenth Annual Baltimore Conference Institute at Mountain Lake Park June 21 28 and trains youths for Christian service. Last year about 700 attended in Frederick and over 1000 are expected this year. The program includes institute songs and talks by former members. John Philip Engelbrecht will lead with local officers and members assisting. Refreshments will be served.
