In Rockville the top six candidates to advance from 14 in Montgomery County School Board primary were Marian L. Greenblatt Ralph J. Moore Jr Blair G. Ewing Daryl W. Shaw Joseph R. Barse and Carol F. Wallace with Wallace trailing by 419 votes and Harold Blank at 19 586. About 4000 absentee ballots remain to be counted with counting to begin at 7 p m and expected to finish within an hour officials said Marie Garber administrator for the Board of Elections Supervisors noted the status.

Montgomery voters face disruption after pool incidents
About 41 percent of Montgomery's voters went to the polls on Tuesday in Poolesville where police were summoned as some citizens threw slinkbombs at election judges, forcing them to leave and take papers home. The disturbance delayed returns in the upcounty area.

ROTC Commissioning Exercises Set for May 3 at Gettysburg
