New Method To Tabulate 1938 Primary Returns Adopted

Frederick County officials partner with the Frederick News-Post to tabulate 1938 primary returns using three counting machines. The Clerk of the Circuit Court will oversee tallying at the courthouse in Frederick on May 19 1938.
