Newport May 18 counsel for John Nicholas Brown the wealthiest baby will protest the rise in personal property valuations by the assessors. The child who inherited most of his father John Nicholas Brown and uncle Harold Brown is said to have a personal property value around 10 000 600 with some estimates as high as 12 000 600. The assessors have increased the value but the extent is not disclosed.
