Black book madam refuses to name clients in raid case
Angelika Potter, former Frederick madam linked to the black book, says she does not know if names of Alderman Blaine Young or a state prosecutor’s relative appear in seized documents from a July 1999 raid. She protects clients, calling transactions with escorts private, and notes most clients used escorts for fetishes. Potter, convicted in 1997, defended radio interview about the matter and questioned the public airing of private affairs. The case has prompted ongoing debate about police actions and public officials named in the documents.
