Aged pedestrian Harrison Warner heads toward Baltimore on foot
Harrison Warner aged nine the famed Ohio pedestrian traveled from Morgan county Ohio with a wheelbarrow toward Baltimore. He spent yesterday in Uniontown Pennsylvania as a storm delayed his journey claiming 178 miles covered and hoping to finish by late May. He received a letter from his Baltimore aunt Mrs Elizabeth Warmer Sands who marked her 102nd birthday on March 27 and offered a dinner. Warner's mother died two years ago near age 100. His wife is 78 and they have a large family including eleven children forty grandchildren thirty five great grandchildren and fifty great great grandchildren.

The circuit court yesterday disposed of several criminal cases. David G. Lighter was found not guilty of selling liquor to a minor and also guilty on the license-less sale count with a 250 fine plus costs. Isaac Sheely was not guilty for selling liquor in less than a pint. Andrew J. Bowers pleaded guilty to selling liquor to a minor, fined 100, plus prosecution costs, and to be held until payment.
