Cash Plan Urged Upon Auto Dealers
The Frederick Automobile Association led by President Robert L Warfield discussed a cash plan to handle uncollectible accounts at its meeting in the Francis Scott Key hotel. Members would share names of debtors and pursue payment through a cash-based system, with the option to place delinquent accounts in the hands of association workers. The proposal drew support from several dealers but was kept open for further study.
