MontCo Man Convicted of Child Abuse and Sex Offenses
Stanley H. Blankenship, 45, was convicted Monday of child abuse and sexual offenses involving a young teenage girl in Montgomery County. Sentencing was delayed to July 9 for a background check. He has prior Maryland prison terms for similar offenses with the same girl in Montgomery and Worcester counties. Thomas Heeney represented Blankenship. Dino Flores prosecuted.
