Frederick County commissioners push 1995 budget with near 2.7 million in undesignated funds
Frederick County leaders continued a sprawling 1995 budget session Friday, tapping nearly all of the 2.7 million starting undesignated balance and eyeing cuts to contingency funds and satellite depot cash. They approved about 400,000 for two building projects, 315,000 for fire and rescue services, 250,000 for data processing, and 150,000 for affordable housing, while warnings grew over a projected 1996 shortfall and recurring operating costs.
