Frederick Mayor Jim Grimes unveiled a 49.4 million dollar balanced budget for fiscal 1999 with no tax increase. Thirteen year old arrested for bringing knife on school bus
A 13 year old Monrovia boy was arrested after bringing a 2 inch Swiss Army knife to Windsor Knolls Middle School. He had threatened to kill a younger boy over a dodgeball dispute.
