Eisenhowers Plan Weekend in Gettysburg Country Home
President and Mrs. Eisenhower will spend the weekend at their Gettysburg, Pennsylvania, country home with a Friday drive to the farm. The First Lady’s mother, Mrs. Daud of Denver, accompanies and celebrates her 77th birthday. The trip marks Mrs. Eisenhower’s first outing since cancellations ordered by her physician ten days ago. President plans to return to Washington Sunday.
