Letter Golf Riddle Ties Feet Size to Par Four
A playful note explains that distance from toes to heel varies with foot size in a letter golf riddle. Par is four and one solution appears on the last page. The item reads as a compact puzzle teaser from a periodical.
Letter Golf Rule Summary From Puzzle Note
The note explains letter golf where one word changes to another by one letter at a time using valid common words fixed in place. For example COW to HEN in three steps: COW HOW HEW HEN. Only one letter may change per step and each intermediate must be a complete common word. A solution is printed on the last page.
