Man Shot by Trooper After High Speed Chase
Charles Town West Virginia state police say Richard Lee Mull 29 of Sharpsburg was killed when he allegedly threatened a trooper after a high speed chase. Mull was pulled over in Shepherdstown for suspicious actions then pursued to a Jefferson County roadblock before the fatal shooting.

Retired judge to aid Frederick Circuit Court docket

Nissei previously served as Howard County State’s Attorney and County Attorney and joined Maryland courts in 1970.
