Local Worker Killed In Rockville Construction Accident
Frederick man William Thomas Blair died at a Mulrenry building project in Rockville when a steel beam entered a 2400 volt PEPCO line causing a shock. A coworker, George Hackey, was severely burned while attempting to rescue him. Autopsy ordered to determine exact cause.
