An associate professor at West Virginia University was killed when his sports car lost control on a curve about 10 miles south of Morgantown on U S 19 9. Dr Clarence K Schultz died instantly. He had just returned from Beirut and was on leave to head a foundation study in educational leadership for the State Department of Education. He had accepted a post as pest specialist in school community relations with the U S Office of Education in Washington next month.
