Uninvited underdog may attend candidates forum in Frederick
A local women's group will sponsor a forum in Frederick for the four major Democratic Senate candidates. An uninvited activist, A Robert Kaufman of Barlimore, says he may crash the event at Frederick High School, demanding speaking time under rules. Kaufman previously interrupted a Baltimore County forum and may be allowed to speak if he follows the same rules.
