The Red Cross Bloodmobile visit to Middletown High on Friday April 30 drew 78 donor registrations with 68 units collected after 7 deferrals and 3 unsuccessful tries. 58 Middletown students contributed 28 males and 30 females all new, plus 14 faculty and six outsiders. A Two Gallon Pin went to Robert H Harshman as volunteers coordinated by Mrs. Margaret Lutz and Ms. Patricia J Custer supported by many staff. The event also featured a large student helper group and an upcoming Damascus United Methodist Church auction to raise funds for church activities.
